Terms of service

Stelora is run by Torsvik Labs (org. no. 937 316 704), Eliasmarken 14, 5164 Laksevåg, Norway. By uploading a file or buying credits you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose; if something is unclear, ask hello@stelora.app.

The service

You upload a telescope capture (FITS), Stelora processes it automatically, and you download the finished image. Processing is fully automated; no person edits your image. I aim to keep the service available but do not promise it will always be up, fast, or able to process every file.

Credits and payments

• Each finished image costs credits, as shown on the pricing page.
• Free credits are given every month without signup and reset at the start of the next month.
• Credit packs and Plus need an account. Pack credits never expire. Plus credits are given each month of the subscription and do not carry over.
• Credits you buy are added to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Finished images are delivered on the job page, where you download them.
• Plus renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. You can cancel any time from your account page; it then runs to the end of the period already paid.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, which sells to you as merchant of record. Stripe's own terms apply to the payment.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• If a job fails or an upload does not finish, its credits are returned automatically.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.
• Prices can change. A change never affects credits you already have or a period you already paid for.

Your images

Your uploads and results stay yours. You give me permission to store and process them only to run the service for you — and, if you press "Share", to show the shared copy publicly until you unshare it. I do not use your images for anything else, and I do not train models on them.

Only upload files you have the right to use. You can delete your images by deleting your account or by asking me.

Fair use

Do not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, and do not upload anything illegal. I can suspend access that does, and will say why.

Liability

Stelora is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Torsvik Labs is not liable for indirect loss, lost data or lost images, and total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months. Keep your original files. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

Changes and law

If these terms change, the new version is posted here with a new date; material changes are also sent by email to account holders. Norwegian law applies. You can end your use of Stelora at any time by deleting your account.
