Refund policy

Failed jobs

If a job fails, or an upload does not finish, its credits are returned to you automatically. You do not need to ask.

Credit packs

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying it. Once credits from the pack have been used, it is not refunded.

Plus

• You can cancel any time from your account page. There are no more charges after that.
• Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Apart from the 14-day refund below, that period is not refunded.
• If you ask within 14 days of a payment and have not used Plus credits from it, you get a full refund of that payment.

What a refund does

A refunded purchase removes the credits it gave you that are still unused. Plus ends when its payment is refunded.

How to ask

Write to hello@stelora.app with the email address you paid with. You get an answer within 3 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Stripe sells to you as merchant of record, so you can also reply to the Stripe receipt. Stripe can refund where consumer law requires it, and this policy never takes away rights the law gives you.
